The Pro Shop carries an extensive range from most leading suppliers in an atmosphere that is comfortable to browse. The professional shopstaff work with great enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the game and give a warm welcome to all golfers. Professional advice can be given on all golfing products with trial facilities being available for club purchases by using trial sets both on the range and on the course. Help and Advice

From decisions on the rules of golf to how many shots should you be given, the Pro shop is here to assist. "Is it going to rain today?" might be a more testing question. The shop operates an information service for a variety of queries such as "What is the course condition?", "Are trolleys allowed?", "Will you inform my partner I will be arriving late?" and other points of general query.
For the casual visitor as well as members or guests the shop offers both a trolley hire or club hire facility.

Golf Teaching Academy

Golf tuition is available to all golfers from beginners to professional standard. Lessons can be booked in individual, group or video format with a reduction for a course of lessons. Free lesson assessments can be booked before committing yourself.
All lessons are given on the golf range by qualified experienced PGA Professionals. The teaching is towards the modern approach to the golf swing with an awareness of the players swing characteristics and abilities.
Regular dates are arranged for beginners group tuition for both adults and juniors.

Technical Support

A full repair service is available. New grips, broken shaft repair, swing weighting and loft and lie alterations can be carried out promptly. repair advice is given freely from the most simple to more specialist matters.

Holiday Golf and Away Days

With our extensive collective travel knowledge the Pro Shop staff can advise on golfing destinations and what to expect. If you are considering a particiular course for a days golf that has to fulfil specific requirements we can point you in the right direction. The Pro Shop staff can organise golf holidays to any destination for play or tuition breaks.
Away days to UK golf courses are organised on a regular basis for groups of 4 to 50 people.

Tournament Plan

The professionals at the club compete on a local and worldwide tournament schedule and regularly feature in the more important events. Progress reports are always available on their performance from the shop staff. Ceefax and Teletext in the shop completes the tournament update.
